Construction works on our new Marymede Trade Skills Centre have progressed at a rapid pace with plenty of items having recently been completed throughout August and early September.
Slabs have now been poured on both levels in addition to the external area of the building, whilst all frameworks are now complete. The roof is on and approximately 70% of the external cladding has also been completed.
Works are currently taking place internally with the installation of all windows, electricty, plumbing, air-conditioning, gutters and extraction units.
We also anticipate floor sealing and the installation of equipment to take place across the next month.
We are still on track for a completion date in late November 2015 and we look forward to further process over the coming weeks with great excitement.
