Conveyance Allowance - Doreen Campus only

The Conveyance Allowance is a Victorian Government contribution to support eligible families with the cost of transporting students to and from any school outside the metropolitan conveyance allowance boundary, which is based on proximity to and the frequency of public transport serving each metropolitan postcode area.

Schools within the Doreen and Mernda areas are considered eligible for the Conveyance Allowance, for families who live more than 4.8km from the Campus.
Schools that are closer in, such as our South Morang Campus, are not eligible for the Conveyance Allowance .

The eligibility criteria include the requirement that a student attending a non-government school is attending the nearest appropriate school. The contribution is not intended to cover the full cost of transporting children to and from school.

Further details about the program are available on the Victorian Government’s Department of Education website: https://www2.education.vic.gov.au/pal/conveyance-allowance/policy

If you are eligible and haven’t previously applied for Conveyance Allowance, please complete an application form, and return it via email to enrol@marymede.vic.edu.au
New forms are required per student if you have changed your address, the mode of transport or are a new family to the College. You can download the forms here:
